Mary of the Blue Lights

Did this for the weekly character concept thingy on Conceptart.org. Wish I had more time this week to put into it. But for less than a week not too shabby. Its got pretty colors at the very least.

The character is a 12 yr old who survives on the streets with help from her blue lights that only she can see.
